THE WISHING WELL MOTEL

The Wishing Well Motel lies on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. 

This Motel’s plumbing system had been plagued by pinhole leaks in their copper pipes.  The situation was not getting any better.  They could not afford to have the demolition and mess of a repipe.  The entire plumbing system was in concrete walls and underground.

With a one week timeline Pipeline Restoration Technologies was chosen to restore the pipes in the motel while it was operating.  Many fixtures were replaced during restoration.  Isolation valves were installed because none existed.  The water service was restored from the meter to the motel during the process. 

All the piping was ½” to 1”.  Not one section of piping was replaced.  Ace Duraflo restored the pipes in place and with minimal repairs.
