Jon Swift Construction handles all Sarasota County Schools. 

Fruitville Elementary, built before WWII, had ½-2 inch encrusted galvanized pipes with a mix of copper, pvc, and pex causing significant problems in their facility.

All piping was under the building and in concrete walls making it extremely difficult to access and repair the problem areas.

With a three week timeline Pipeline Restoration Technologies was chosen to restore the pipes in the school while it was in session. 

During the restoration process, no water was to be used in the administration building or the two wings of the school.  Bottled water was supplied during the restoration and the crew had to work during the weekends and at night to accommodate the students and faculty.
